This proposal is for a coordinated backyard landscape improvement for Atreva Richy in Victorville. The project combines premium landscape artificial grass, a small recreational putting green, a dedicated grill pad, decorative gravel and paver improvements, a stabilized decomposed-granite parking area, and a finished treatment along the lower portion of the right-side fence.
The work is designed as one combined project so that excavation, material deliveries, equipment, labor, grading, base preparation, haul-away, and finish work can be coordinated efficiently across the backyard. The areas and quantities shown are approximate and will be field verified before final material placement and cutting.
The landscape-turf installation is divided into two primary areas. The main area in front of the covered patio, including the landscape-turf fringe surrounding the putting green, is approximately 571 square feet. A separate turf area surrounding the new grill pad is approximately 153 square feet. The combined estimated Maya 80 landscape-turf coverage is therefore approximately 724 square feet.
The selected landscape turf is Maya 80. Kreative Gardens will perform the standard preparation required for a proper installation, including removal of existing rock and unsuitable surface material within the approved turf areas, excavation as required to establish finished elevations, grading, placement of commercial-grade weed-barrier fabric, installation of recycled Class II road base, mechanical compaction, final grading, turf layout, cutting and fitting, seaming where required, perimeter fastening, infill application, power brushing, and final cleanup.
Maya 80 will also be used as the fringe around the putting green so the recreational green transitions naturally into the surrounding lawn. Final seam locations, grain direction, curves, and field cuts may be adjusted to improve appearance, drainage, material efficiency, and the transition to the existing concrete and new hardscape elements.
Within the main landscape area, Kreative Gardens will construct a compact recreational putting green. The actual putting surface is approximately 105 square feet, while the overall putting-green zone, including the surrounding Maya 80 fringe, is approximately 218 square feet.
The putting surface will use dedicated putting-green artificial grass and will be prepared as a simple, generally flat recreational green without built-up contours or intentionally shaped breaks. The installation includes two complete cup, pole, and flag sets. Final cup placement and minor edge shaping will be determined in the field for practical spacing, clean appearance, and efficient use of the available approximately 9-foot-wide area.
Next to the covered patio, Kreative Gardens will create a dedicated grill location using nine new 24-inch by 24-inch pavers, supplied and installed as part of this proposal. The pavers will create a stable non-turf surface for the grill so the grill does not need to sit on the covered patio or directly on the artificial grass.
The approximately 153-square-foot surrounding area will be finished with Maya 80 artificial turf. The turf will be carefully cut and fitted around the individual pavers for a clean integrated appearance.
Along the rear portion of the yard, the existing paver arrangement will be modified to create the cleaner single-row layout shown in the approved concept sketch. Kreative Gardens will provide the new pavers required for this extension rather than reusing the existing units designated for replacement.
Existing white decorative rock within the designated improvement areas will be removed as required and replaced with 3/4-inch gray gravel, selected to coordinate with the gray gravel already present elsewhere in the yard. The work is intended to create a more cohesive transition between the pool area, new turf, pavers, and remaining landscape surfaces while reducing loose light-colored rock adjacent to the pool.
Selected existing red edging brick within the redesigned landscape area will be removed and replaced with black or gray concrete paver edging stones similar to the style reviewed with Atreva. These units will create a darker, cleaner boundary that coordinates with the gray gravel, Maya 80 turf, and putting-green area.
The approximately 300-square-foot parking area at the upper-left portion of the backyard will be constructed as a stabilized decomposed-granite surface intended for residential parking use. Kreative Gardens will prepare the area, install recycled Class II road base, grade and mechanically compact the foundation, and then install approximately 2 to 2-1/2 inches of gray decomposed granite.
The DG will be treated with approximately 20 gallons of TerraKoat EX, a stabilizer selected for driveway and parking applications, and will be compacted to produce a firmer, more erosion-resistant finished surface than ordinary loose landscape DG. The long-term performance of any DG parking surface still depends on proper drainage, subgrade stability, vehicle type, tire movement, weather, and normal maintenance.
Along the right-side property fence, where erosion and the exposed lower edge have created an unfinished appearance, Kreative Gardens will install 2-inch by 12-inch pressure-treated lumber along the bottom of the fence. The lumber will receive a brown finish and will be secured with approximately 18-inch steel stakes to create a cleaner visual barrier at ground level.
This treatment is intended as a landscape finish and soil/visual barrier. It is not a structural fence repair, retaining wall, engineered erosion-control system, or replacement of the existing fence.
Backyard access is generally suitable for the planned work. Because the equipment access route passes near existing natural grass outside the backyard gate, Kreative Gardens will use reasonable temporary ground-protection methods when moving compact equipment and materials through the access area. Some temporary flattening, discoloration, or minor disturbance of natural grass can occur when construction equipment must cross or work immediately adjacent to a lawn.
The standard combined-project price for credit-card payment or financing is $11,100. A discounted $10,100 cash price is available. Financing is available for qualified customers.
These prices are based on completing the described work as one coordinated package. The individual project-area values shown on the quote are allocations within the combined project and are not guaranteed stand-alone prices or automatic deduction amounts. If Atreva removes, adds, or materially changes any portion of the scope, Kreative Gardens will recalculate the project price based on the revised materials, labor, deliveries, mobilization, equipment, disposal, and shared project costs.
This all-inclusive price covers everything required for a professional and lasting installation — from premium materials and delivery to expert labor, site preparation, and final cleanup. We handle the entire process so you don’t have to coordinate with multiple contractors or worry about hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
Clients who choose to pay in full at the time of approval enjoy a reduced total. This offer reflects the savings we pass along by avoiding third-party financing and administrative fees — while still delivering the same high-quality results.
