This proposal is for the professional installation of artificial turf in the two front-yard areas located on both sides of the driveway at 11494 Winter Pl, Adelanto, CA 92301. The measured areas are approximately 215.5 sq. ft. and 441.1 sq. ft., for a combined project footprint of approximately 656.6 sq. ft.
The existing natural grass has already been cleared, and the approved project areas currently consist primarily of exposed soil. Kreative Gardens will complete the remaining excavation and preparation required to establish the proper finished elevations for the new artificial turf system.
The installation will include commercial-grade weed-barrier fabric, recycled Class II road base, grading, moisture conditioning as needed, mechanical compaction, and final preparation to create a stable and uniform foundation. Finished elevations will be adjusted to provide practical transitions to the driveway, sidewalk, existing landscape boundaries, and neighboring property.
Along the side adjoining the neighboring property, Kreative Gardens will install 2" × 4" pressure-treated lumber where required to provide a defined structural boundary for securing and finishing the artificial turf. Existing concrete and other suitable permanent hard boundaries will be used where practical.
Gary selected Aztec artificial turf for this project. Aztec is a premium landscape turf with a 2-inch pile height, dense construction, polyurethane backing, and a 16-year manufacturer warranty subject to the manufacturer's written terms.
Kreative Gardens will also leave Gary a sample of Inca for comparison. Gary may select either Aztec or Inca before materials are ordered, and the project price will remain the same with either of these two approved turf options.
The selected turf will be positioned with appropriate fiber direction, cut and fitted to the approved front-yard boundaries, joined where necessary, securely fastened, and finished with silica-sand infill. The completed turf will be power brushed to distribute the infill, support the turf fibers, and provide a clean finished appearance.
The complete project price is $6,000 when paid by credit card or through approved financing. A discounted $5,500 cash option is available.
This pricing includes the remaining normal excavation and site preparation, weed barrier, recycled Class II road base, grading and mechanical compaction, pressure-treated lumber boundary where described, the selected Aztec or Inca artificial turf, standard installation materials, silica infill, finishing, haul-away of normal project debris, and final cleanup.
This all-inclusive price covers everything required for a professional and lasting installation — from premium materials and delivery to expert labor, site preparation, and final cleanup. We handle the entire process so you don’t have to coordinate with multiple contractors or worry about hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
Clients who choose to pay in full at the time of approval enjoy a reduced total. This offer reflects the savings we pass along by avoiding third-party financing and administrative fees — while still delivering the same high-quality results.
