This proposal is for the professional conversion of Jacob Silva’s front yard at 9402 Shadowgrove Dr., Rancho Cucamonga, CA from existing natural grass to approximately 865 square feet of artificial turf. The project includes the main front-yard lawn area and the separate parkway strip located between the public sidewalk and the street.
Kreative Gardens will remove and haul away the existing natural sod within the approved artificial-turf footprint. The installation areas will be excavated as required to establish proper finished elevations and practical transitions to the existing driveway, walkway, sidewalk, customer-built curbing, tree opening, and other permanent features that remain.
After excavation, the approved areas will receive standard artificial-turf preparation, including commercial-grade weed-barrier fabric, recycled Class II road base, grading, moisture conditioning as required, and mechanical compaction to create a stable and uniform foundation.
Jacob previously purchased Aztec artificial turf from AGS for an earlier backyard project. He currently has a usable remnant of that turf together with staples, nails, and approximately three bags of silica sand remaining from the prior installation.
The existing Aztec turf remnant will be used, where its dimensions and condition permit, for the parkway strip between the sidewalk and the street. The customer-owned staples, nails, and silica sand may also be incorporated into this project where they are suitable for the installation. Kreative Gardens will provide the additional installation materials required to complete the approved scope.
For the quoted scope, Kreative Gardens will supply the additional Aztec artificial turf required for the remainder of the project. Aztec is a premium landscape turf with an approximately 2-inch pile height, 70-ounce face weight, approximately 100-ounce total weight, polyurethane finish coating, four-tone coloration, approximately 1.47 gal/ft²/min drainage, and an applicable 16-year manufacturer warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s written terms and exclusions.
The turf will be installed with consistent fiber direction where practical, professionally cut and fitted to the project boundaries, joined where required, securely fastened, infilled, power brushed, and cleaned for a finished residential appearance.
Jacob plans to construct the curbing that will separate his property from the neighboring properties along both sides of the project. This includes the boundary conditions at the main front-yard section and the parkway strip beside the sidewalk.
The customer-built curbing is not included in this proposal. It must be completed, properly located, stable, and ready before the turf installation reaches those edges. Kreative Gardens will use the completed curbing as the finished turf boundary where suitable. Kreative Gardens is not providing a legal property survey or determining ownership of the property line.
The existing irrigation valve serving the front-yard lawn zone will be closed/shut off as part of the project. No new irrigation system, controller work, major sprinkler rerouting, or extensive irrigation repair is included.
The pricing below assumes Kreative Gardens supplies the additional Aztec turf required for the project. If Jacob prefers to purchase and supply the required turf himself before materials are ordered, Kreative Gardens can deduct $1,475.10, representing the current pre-tax cost of the turf that Kreative Gardens would otherwise purchase for this project.
Any customer-supplied turf must be delivered before installation, be sufficient in quantity for the required roll layout and directional grain, and be free of damage or defects that would prevent proper installation. Additional material, freight, replacement material, or delays caused by insufficient or unsuitable customer-supplied turf are not included in the deduction.
The standard project price is $6,200 when paid by credit card or through approved financing. A discounted $5,700 cash price is available.
The quoted pricing includes natural-sod removal and haul-away, standard excavation and base preparation, weed barrier, recycled Class II road base, grading and compaction, the additional Aztec turf supplied by Kreative Gardens, normal fastening and seaming materials beyond usable customer-owned supplies, silica-sand infill as required, power brushing, and final cleanup.
Kreative Gardens provides its standard two-year workmanship warranty for qualifying installation workmanship, subject to the written warranty terms, exclusions, proper use, and required maintenance.
This all-inclusive price covers everything required for a professional and lasting installation — from premium materials and delivery to expert labor, site preparation, and final cleanup. We handle the entire process so you don’t have to coordinate with multiple contractors or worry about hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
Clients who choose to pay in full at the time of approval enjoy a reduced total. This offer reflects the savings we pass along by avoiding third-party financing and administrative fees — while still delivering the same high-quality results.
