This proposal is for the professional conversion of approximately 1,132 square feet of the backyard at 13344 Luna Rd., Victorville, CA into a clean, durable artificial lawn using Marathon artificial grass and CamoFill performance infill.
The principal installation area is a straightforward rectangular backyard section measuring approximately 56'10" long by 19'8" deep, together with the small approximately 7' × 2' rock area adjacent to the existing shed. The quoted 1,132-square-foot quantity reflects the complete approved turf footprint, including that small shed-side section.
The approved turf area currently contains dirt and landscape rock. Kreative Gardens will remove the existing loose rock and unsuitable surface material within the approved turf footprint, excavate as needed to establish proper finished elevations, grade the area, install and mechanically compact an aggregate base, complete final surface preparation, install the artificial grass, seam where required, secure the perimeter, apply infill, power brush, and perform final cleanup.
The completed surface will be graded to follow practical existing elevations and drainage conditions. No new underground drainage system is included unless later added in writing.
The existing shed will remain in place. The turf will be professionally cut and finished around the existing shed and the adjacent approved turf boundaries.
The layout also preserves the designated area beside the existing shed for a future second shed. Kreative Gardens is not supplying, assembling, anchoring, permitting, or installing the new shed under this proposal. The concept rendering is intended to illustrate the anticipated finished appearance after the turf installation and possible future placement of a second shed.
Jason selected Marathon after reviewing the available turf options. Marathon is a durable residential and commercial landscape turf with an approximately 1.57-inch pile height, 53-ounce face weight, approximately 82-ounce total weight, polyurethane finish coating, four-tone coloration, approximately 1.47 gal/ft²/min drainage, and a 16-year manufacturer warranty.
A more pet-specific turf option was discussed because two dogs will have access to the backyard. Jason nevertheless preferred Marathon because the area will also be used by children and family members and he preferred Marathon's overall appearance and feel. Marathon is suitable for residential landscape use, but because the dogs will use the yard for bathroom breaks, routine pet-turf cleaning and rinsing will remain important.
Because the backyard will be used by children and two dogs, Kreative Gardens will use CamoFill performance infill rather than ordinary untreated silica sand. CamoFill provides ballast to help stabilize the turf, supports individual turf fibers, assists blade recovery after foot and pet traffic, and provides antimicrobial protection intended to help inhibit odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew.
CamoFill is especially appropriate for a residential lawn shared by family members and pets. It helps create a cleaner, better-performing turf system when combined with normal maintenance. Solid pet waste should be removed promptly, frequently used urination areas should be rinsed regularly, and a pet-safe enzymatic turf cleaner may be used according to its manufacturer instructions when needed. No turf or infill system is maintenance-free or guaranteed to permanently eliminate pet odors.

Three existing landscape-light locations were identified in the yard. Electrical troubleshooting, wiring repair, fixture repair, replacement, transformer work, and other electrical work are not included in this proposal.
If Kathleen or Jason would like to preserve those locations for future trees, Kreative Gardens can form simple turf openings/tree wells around the selected locations at no additional charge as part of this installation, provided the locations are confirmed before final turf cutting. The complimentary scope is limited to creating the turf opening and normal perimeter finish. Trees, soil amendments, irrigation, electrical repairs, planting, root barriers, and future maintenance are not included.
The regular credit-card or financing price for this complete approximately 1,132-square-foot artificial turf installation is $7,500.
Kathleen qualifies for a 10% senior-citizen discount, reducing the project from $7,500 to $6,750. An additional $150 cash-payment discount is available, resulting in a final $6,600 cash price when the senior discount and cash discount are combined.
Financing is available for qualified customers. The senior-citizen discount is already reflected in the stated $6,600 cash price and is not deducted again.
This all-inclusive price covers everything required for a professional and lasting installation — from premium materials and delivery to expert labor, site preparation, and final cleanup. We handle the entire process so you don’t have to coordinate with multiple contractors or worry about hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
Clients who choose to pay in full at the time of approval enjoy a reduced total. This offer reflects the savings we pass along by avoiding third-party financing and administrative fees — while still delivering the same high-quality results.
