This proposal is for the professional replacement and proper reconstruction of approximately 522 square feet of artificial turf in the front yard of the Rancho Cucamonga property. The project is divided into three areas shown in the field sketch: the main front-lawn section on the right-hand side when facing the street, the parkway strip beside the sidewalk, and the approximately 7-foot-by-7-foot square near the mailbox.
The existing artificial turf is aged and will be removed and hauled away. During the site assessment, the existing turf was observed to have been installed directly over soil, without a conventional compacted aggregate foundation and without a weed-barrier system. Because there is no reusable artificial-turf base beneath the existing material, this project must be treated as a complete new installation rather than a simple turf replacement.
Kreative Gardens will remove the existing turf and excavate the underlying soil as required to establish the proper finished elevations for the new system. Based on the current measurements and anticipated excavation depth, approximately 8 to 9 tons of soil may need to be removed and hauled from the property. Actual export quantity may vary with field conditions and final grading requirements.
After removal and excavation, Kreative Gardens will install a commercial-grade weed-barrier fabric and place recycled Class II road base throughout the approved turf footprint. The aggregate will be distributed, graded, moistened as needed, and mechanically compacted to create a stable and uniform foundation while maintaining practical transitions to the existing sidewalk, driveway, front walkway, mailbox area, and other permanent boundaries.
This foundation work is an important part of the quoted project because the existing installation does not contain a base that can be reused. Final grading will follow the practical existing drainage pattern of the front yard. No new underground drainage system is included.
Sam selected Bright Field artificial turf for the new installation. Bright Field has an approximately 90-ounce total weight, a 1.57-inch pile height, polyurethane backing, and is supplied in standard 15-foot-wide rolls. The product carries the manufacturer's applicable standard warranty, currently listed as 16 years, subject to the manufacturer's written warranty terms, exclusions, and installation requirements.
The new turf will be laid with appropriate fiber direction, cut and fitted to the project boundaries, joined where necessary, securely fastened, infilled, power brushed, and finished for a clean residential appearance.
The quoted price below is based on the recommended full installation with excavation, weed barrier, recycled Class II road base, grading, and compaction. If Sam and the property owner prefer to have the replacement turf installed using substantially the same base-less approach as the existing turf, a reduced-scope alternative may be available with a $950 deduction from the otherwise applicable project price.
Kreative Gardens does not recommend omission of the aggregate foundation. If that alternate scope is selected, Kreative Gardens cannot warrant settlement, depressions, movement, wrinkles, drainage irregularities, weed intrusion, erosion, or other performance conditions caused by the existing/native soil or omitted base. Manufacturer warranty eligibility would remain subject solely to the manufacturer's written installation and warranty requirements. Because Sam is the tenant rather than the property owner, the reduced-scope alternative requires written property-owner authorization and the separate alternate-installation acknowledgment before work proceeds.
The standard project price for the complete approximately 522-square-foot Bright Field installation is $6,000 when paid by credit card or through approved financing. A discounted $5,500 cash price is available.
This pricing includes removal and hauling of the existing artificial turf, required excavation and soil export under normal anticipated conditions, commercial-grade weed barrier, recycled Class II road base, grading and mechanical compaction, Bright Field artificial turf, normal installation materials, infill, finishing, and project cleanup.
This all-inclusive price covers everything required for a professional and lasting installation — from premium materials and delivery to expert labor, site preparation, and final cleanup. We handle the entire process so you don’t have to coordinate with multiple contractors or worry about hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
Clients who choose to pay in full at the time of approval enjoy a reduced total. This offer reflects the savings we pass along by avoiding third-party financing and administrative fees — while still delivering the same high-quality results.
